How do I capture a learning moment?
Tap the + button at the bottom of the screen, pick how to start, and a description writes itself.

Add each child from the Household tab so you can pick them on your moments.

Tap the child badges on a moment to control which kids it's linked to.
TimelineHow is my timeline organized?
Moments are grouped by date with the most recent activity at the top.

Yes — open any moment to change its description, tags, children, or delete it.

Subject tags categorize each moment by educational area, like Science or Art.
AI FeaturesHow does the AI description work?
AI analyzes each photo and writes an educational description automatically.

Yes — treat the AI description as a starting point you can rewrite freely.
PhotosSome of my photos are missing or blank. Can I get them back?
Usually yes. On iPhone, open ☰ menu, Backup & Recovery on the phone that took the photo.
PhotosWhich phone do I need to use to restore a photo?
The phone that originally captured the moment — only it still has the image file.
PhotosWhere is 'Restore Missing Photos'?
On iPhone: ☰ menu at the top right, then Backup & Recovery.
PhotosI ran the restore and photos are still missing.
Check whether the remaining photos were captured on a different household phone first.
PhotosI restored what I could and a few are still blank.
A small number of photos may be unrecoverable, but the rest of the record stays intact.
