Some of my photos are missing or blank. Can I get them back?
Usually yes. On iPhone, open ☰ menu, Backup & Recovery on the phone that took the photo.

If a photo could not upload when the moment was saved, it was kept on that phone only. It looks blank on every other device until that phone sends it.
The photo is normally still on the phone that took it.
- On that iPhone, tap the ☰ menu at the top right, then Backup & Recovery. 2. Under “Restore missing photos,” tap Restore Missing Records. 3. Leave the screen open until it finishes.
Each person restores their own photos. If moments your partner captured are blank, they need to do this on their phone, because the photos are on their device and not yours.
On Android, tap the ☰ menu at the top right, then Waiting to send, to see any moments still waiting to upload.
