How to share a portfolio link with your evaluator
Sharing with an evaluator? Make a link to the moments you choose. They can open it without an account, and it stops working on its own.
On iPhone
- Tap ☰ at the top right, then Export to PDF.
- Choose the children and the dates you want to share.
- Scroll to Shareable link and choose 7, 30 or 90 days under Link lasts.
- Tap Create shareable link.
- When it says Link ready, tap Send link.
On Android
- Tap More at the top right, then Export to PDF.
- Choose the children and the dates you want to share.
- Scroll to Shareable link and choose 7, 30 or 90 days under Link lasts.
- Tap Create shareable link.
- When it says Link ready, tap Send link.
Anyone with the link can see those moments without signing in. To stop it early, tap Turn off next to the link.
TipChoose the shortest time that works for your evaluator. The link stops working on its own.
