How to save a homeschool moment from a photo

Take or pick a photo of today’s learning and the description writes itself. Our app intelligence takes a closer look and writes a short description you can keep or change. You can add worksheets, short videos and voice notes to a moment too.

Recorded in our iPhone app with a demo family. Sample descriptions shown.

On iPhone

  1. Tap the + button at the bottom right, then Add photos. To use the camera, tap Take a photo or video.
  2. Pick a photo of today’s learning. You can add up to 5.
  3. While it says Taking a closer look, our app intelligence writes the description in the Caption box.
  4. Read it over. Change any words you like, or keep it as is.
  5. Tap Save. Your moment lands on the Timeline, dated and tagged.

On Android

  1. Tap the round + button next to the tabs, then Add photos. To use the camera, tap Take a photo.
  2. Pick a photo of today’s learning. You can add up to 5.
  3. Under Caption, it says Taking a closer look at your photos… while our app intelligence writes the description.
  4. Change anything you like, or tap Regenerate for a fresh one.
  5. Tap Save. Your moment lands on the Timeline.

Descriptions are written for you when More > Photo Intelligence is set to Suggest captions.

TipEvery description is yours to edit. Add a book title or something your child said, and it stays with the moment.
