How to invite a grandparent, parent or tutor
Homeschool is a family effort. Invite the other parent, a grandparent or a tutor so they can capture moments too, all in one family journal.
On iPhone
- Tap Household at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Invite someone.
- Type their name, then choose their role, such as Grandma, Dad or Tutor.
- Tap Create. Your invite is ready.
- Tap Send invite and send it by text, email or any app you like.
On Android
- Tap Household at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Invite someone.
- Type their name, then choose their role under Who they are.
- Tap Create invite.
- Tap Send invite and send it by text, email or any app you like.
To join: they open your invite link, or go to Household > Join a family, enter the code and tap Join with code. New to the app on iPhone? Tap Have an invite code? on the sign-in screen, enter the code and tap Save Code. They join your family right after they sign in.
TipInvites expire in 7 days. Until they accept, you’ll see them under Waiting on, where you can share the invite again or withdraw it.
