How to back up your homeschool records
Your records, backed up. Turn on automatic iCloud Backup on iPhone, and keep an extra copy in your own Google Drive on either phone.
On iPhone
- Tap ☰ at the top right, then Backup & Recovery.
- Turn on Automatic iCloud Backup. It keeps a private, verified copy of your records, photos and PDF attachments in iCloud Drive.
- For an extra copy, tap Connect Google Drive and sign in.
- Tap Back Up Now any time you want a fresh copy in Drive.
On Android
- Tap More at the top right, then Backup & Recovery.
- Under Google Drive backup, tap Connect Google Drive and sign in.
- Tap Back Up Now any time you want a fresh copy.
- Want a file of your own? Under Keep your own copy, tap Save a copy of my journal. It saves your records without photos.
TipRestoring only adds records that are missing. It never overwrites or deletes your family’s live records.
